Theresa Moorin: Mountaineer

Theresa Moorin had never thought of herself as a mountaineer but to help our children in Colombia she's willing to have a go at most things! Two years ago she signed up with Charity Challenge to trek across Iceland to raise money for Let The Children Live! and now she's just completed the Three Peaks Challenge with them. On July 3rd she set off with her Charity Challenge group to climb Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis, in 24 hours!  "It was the hardest thing I have ever done," says Theresa, who you can see in the photo, with her medal and the guide . "I was last all the way and 6 people quit. I was close to it twice but, thanks to the guide, I finished."

Well done, Theresa, and a big Thank You! from all our children in Medellin.
